Ember & Spice started with a charcoal grill, a short menu and a belief that neighbourhood restaurants should feel special without feeling formal.

We buy seasonally, keep the menu compact and let smoke, acid, herbs and spice do the heavy lifting. The room is warm, the music is low and the table is yours for the evening.
